Authentic! My daughter said it's the best Mexican food she's had in Durham. The salsa is very good and quite spicy. The chips were incredible--fresh and hot! Aqua fresco was delicious, next time I won't order the water. I can highly recommend the burrito carnitas, the steak fajita burrito, the chorizo burrito, and the green pork burrito. My family cannot wait to go back. Maybe they'll see us again this weekend!

Bomb. This is what I've been looking for in NC.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the folks there are delightful. My wife and I are sustained by the sopa de pollo, queso blanco, and ACP. Las Palmas are our comforts, they can do no wrong.

This place is delicious - it's one of our neighborhood spots that we hit frequently. The food isn't necessarily healthy of course so it's a splurge meal, but it is tasty and quick and service is good and it is priced reasonably.

This place is a gem! Amazing food all around at great prices. Must tries are the whole fish or the carnitas. Chips and salsa are great.

Service is always phenomenal. I feel blessed living right around the corner from this place.

I’m celiac and never get a gluten reaction here.

Ordered lemonade, enchiladas, rice, and churro. The courtesy chips were stale and unsalted. Churro came out first. Churro was COLD inside and mealy, with some strange filling, was definitely frozen and not fresh. Server was nice, but when I asked to take the churro back he got it reordered instead. Second batch was too hard from being over fried. Got charged TWICE for the churros even though they took the first batch back. They also served with really mid chocolate syrup and virtually no cinnamon sugar. As for the entree, enchiladas were really good, but rice only salted. I asked for another order of rice with less salt, but they said it's already made. This is indicative of laziness and the attitude of the owner isn't great either.

Haven't been here in forever but my brother and I decided to reminisce. Owners and servers are still great. Cheese dip is in my opinion by far best in town.

This is my little honeycomb hideout. They have good food with fast service. They also have a jumbo margarita, and you'll only need one. I have been going to this restaurant for fifteen years and they have always been on point.
