Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible customer service !! I ordered wings plain like I always do. I ask for my sauce on the side because I don’t do spicy but my boyfriend does buffalo sauce. The cashier (older black man with hat trying to argue me down about wanting my sauce on the side. He charged me
$1.60 for sauce for my wings when it comes with sauce I just get it on the side. He need some customer service training because it’s ridiculous to go back and forth with customer over something so simple.

Reliably Raw.

Service is usually great. The place is popular and the food is tasty but in my experience the deep dish pizzas are consistently raw. I always wind up baking the deep dish pizzas I buy at 450 for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Customer Service is pretty bad there. Doesn't take much to be nice in a customer service job. If you can't, find other employment.

My daughter went in to order Parmesan wings… she waited 15-20 minutes and order wasn’t ready due to the order never being in the system. But she paid and received a receipt. So then they tell her and myself that she had to wait another 15-20 minutes. She’s upset and I was as well. The service was horrible and they didn’t have a manager on site to speak with. So I asked them to call the manager, because I asked them could she get some crazy puffs on them for the wait and the inconvenience. Because I felt like she should deserved something extra on them for the wait. The manager says I could get the crazy bread (which was fine) but once again I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. So the service on the managers part was horrible as well. My daughter and I will not be coming back!!! Also I will be letting people know how UNPROFESSIONAL YOU ALL WERE!!!!

I tried again today it's been about 6 months so I figured maybe staff turnover nope same Rude Dude so he must be the owner was more concerned about a phone call than about the customer waiting and then when he asks about my order finally keep looking around like an idiot after I tell him my name and the number I wait another 10 minutes he finally goes what is it after I see him take my food and put it in a different Hot Box not the Box then it tells me to put my number in in the first place so that I can get my order

The pizza was good but my friend found a hair inside the pizza, I think that’s gross I recommend that y'all use hair nets to prevent hair from getting in the food.

Rude employees. They lie about wait time. I can wait 45 minutes just be honest! Manager stood there trying to argue about how long I had "actually" been waiting (30 mins). I just got a refund and walked out.

Not often can you enjoy quality food and service for a wonderful price. My entire experience was 5 STARS. This was by far the best Little Caesars experience that I have ever had. Food was absolutely delicious.
