Food is 🔥🔥🔥!! The bao buns are soft, pillowy, packed with umami and a must order. The ramen is excellent as well. I missed out on the full experience because I took it to-go but it was still top notch!! This is on the list the next time I’m in Durham
Their ramen is the best in town, no ifs or buts about it, and all the food is delicious. And after I developed a soy and dairy allergy (long story), they’ve been incredibly lovely in accommodating it and making the dish work just as well, even though it required replacing a number of ingredients. Servers are always lovely and helpful. We come here a ton and after how they’ve handled the allergy, I’m a loyal costumer for life.
If you’re looking for a meal that’ll make you wish you could eat the same thing every day, M Kokko is the place to be. We went with three people, and, as soon as the dishes hit the table, we were completely blown away. The menu is perfectly curated (thankfully, not overwhelming), and honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on it.
