The man taking the orders and working the register today needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Also, arrived right when they opened, and they were already out of a majority of their pastries due to a large catering order they had. One would think that they would have prepared the catering order separately from their daily selection. They also don’t accept cash as payment which I find strange. This was my first (and last time) for Mad Hatter’s.
I ordered a chocolate vegan cake for my partner’s surprise 70th birthday party. I as AMAZING!! Best chocolate cake many in the crowd had ever had, vegan or not. Thank you Mad Hatter. You did a wonderful for a very special party.
BEWARE: DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD HERE! They intentionally scam people out of their hard-earned money!
I received a $50 gift card back in 2020, and the card explicitly states that it expires five years from date of purchase, so I should still have almost two years left.
I tried to use it a few weeks ago, and they said it’s “too old.” Keep in mind, I still had the initial receipt taped to the front, which stated it was purchased for $50!
