McDisaster: A Tale of Missing Nuggets and Broken Dreams
You know, I thought I was just ordering dinner, but what I really got was a front-row seat to the theater of fast-food failure.
The so-called "Meal"? Oh, it was anything but. No fries, no nuggets, no sauces—just a sad little box of regret. It was less of a meal and more of a scavenger hunt where the prize was nothing.
And the McFlurry? Let’s just say it was more McPuddle. It melted faster than my faith in humanity, which is impressive considering how quickly McDonald's ice cream machines usually break in the first place.
But the real kicker? The sheer confidence with which this incomplete mess was handed over, as if I wouldn’t notice half my food was missing. I’ve seen more effort put into an “I’m sorry” text from a flaky friend.
McDonald's, I don’t expect fine dining, but I do expect the food I paid for. If you need help remembering that fries go with the meal, maybe hire a food coach or a motivational speaker—someone, anyone—to inspire basic competence.
To FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Check your bags. Check them like you're defusing a bomb, because chances are, something’s missing.

I haven't even gotten my food yet and Anibal aka Junior just gave us the best damn service at the drive thru. He gave us Chick-fil-A energy. This is a big step up for this store. Kudos to you my guy.

Cannot support McDonald's any longer, since they don't support DEI. So long Mickie Ds
Anibal(with braids)taking money at window at 2:46pm was very professional and kind! Angel serving food was also great! I believe in giving good reviews instead of leaving negative comments! Keep up the good work and McDonald’s should give their workers their flowers!

Do not come to this McDonald's they do not actually want people to come to it it's just for show they will not even let you go upstairs to wash your hands until you order something then when you order something you have to wait about 20 minutes just for a hash brown

I ordered a burger with no onions. What do a get? A burger with onions. They don’t know if I’m allergic or not. Do better and have better attitudes because whoever took my order at 12:43pm on 12/17/24 was rude over the speaker and was texting on his phone when I handed him my debit card to pay. Wore a Santa hat, maybe white or Hispanic heavy set male. Do better and try not to kill people.

I have yet to come to this location and not be harassed by people begging for food, money etc. Lately the staff has changed and they seem to be lacking leadership. Until recently the night shift was very efficient and friendly but lately the drive thru has been horrendous! The overnight manager doesn't seem to have ANY experience or training in how to effectively organize staff or give proper customer service. It'll be a while before I give this McDs another opportunity to disappoint me. If the vagrant problem isn't addressed I will just keep going to another competitor that doesn't allow loitering and panhandling. I go to McDs because I'M BROKE, not because I'm wanting to support those who are clearly capable of working themselves. Management has to be aware of this problem because it is every night! I drive by this location almost every night on the way home and ALWAYS see at least 1 person hanging out in the parking lot approaching cars, often 3 or 4 people milling about.

Online orders don't even bother... I just think they do not care about getting the order correct or the quality of the food. There was one piece of onion on the steak? The chicken patty was dry and inedible.. Money lost, I guess....I most likely will not return, and what's crazy is that they are literally 3 minutes from me.... Go Figure
