At this time it was great only because the particular manager is awesome, but that is not always the case this one was the evening shift but I've had the daytime managers 2 different ones act very unprofessional,were rude & racist

Of course this location is always busy in the mornings. The drive-thru is usually where people choose to order their food, so I went inside. I ordered my food at the kiosk so no one would have to stop and come over to get my order, but I still had to pay. Ms. Karena, is an employee there, not only did she come over to help me but she also recognized that by changing my order I could save some money, a $1.50 at that, heck yes! Then on the way to my entire frappe in the car seat...
