The reviews as of late must have been due to bad experiences on certain shifts/times. The last (4) times I've been to this location, it's all been drive-thru. And it was around 3 to 5 pm. (1) of those times I had to wait a little longer. I assume because the order in front of me was for a van full of people, or a large order. Otherwise, my dog has enjoyed his weekly nugget treat. This Durham N C location was very clean with pleasant customer service and quick service however the biscuits were crumbly which always leaves you dressed in crumbs but they had the best sweet tea in the triangle.

Beware, fish sandwich only has 1/2 cheese. Price for food don't match.The quality of the food does not match the price. In some restaurants the presentation of the product is poor.
