I came for ladies night and the vibes were super chill. The white blend is really delicious if you like pino grigio or chardonnay. I ordered 1 glass and felt good after!!

First time visiting and Shonda gave me an amazing experience. I was lucky to find an event they were hosting from Eventbrite and between karaoke and the wine this place lets you have fun all by yourself or with friends. Definitely a recommendation for a fun early night out.

Visited the first black owned winery in Durham. I believe this one is custom crush they create their own wine. This was a girls weekend , we were looking to support black owned businesses. The staff was great from the greeting to hosting. Go visit, we definitely fell in love with the vibes!

We loved our experience here. Lashonda makes this experience so personable you can't help but have a great time. We did the standard wine tasting and fell in love with vibe, dream, and manifest. We took a little quiz that allowed us to learn a little bit about wine and win a slushie tasting. The atmosphere is nice, she even played some music so we could do some line dances, lol. This was a spur-of-the-moment visit but they do have a lot of scheduled events and we will be back.

Enjoyed meeting ¿Senecca? cool dude today/SAT at 5pm, BUT found out this is an event ctr that required 15 person minmum for service. Disappointed straight out the gates on that one! Seen ample advertising and PR about this winery was what we wanted to support in the black community. Was told they just ended a week prior for any individual pours or tastings by the glass for persons individually and went to group only WOW, SAD & SMH. But as a newbie to NC from out of state LOL Durham never disappoints when it comes to the any basic ammenties, black social gatherings and local cultural expectations of fullfilment and experience. I don't want to RAG on this establishment but IF you consider improvements and having engagement without sacrificing customers this way, BELIEVE Me I will try to continue to support your entreprenuer offering and hospitality. Best Wishes to Melanated Wine and hopefully more local suppprt. BTW did purchase the NC grown vinyard grape offerings of the Reisling wine by MW.

What a great winery, and it is locally owned. The wine tasting was great and the owner was very knowledgeable. Both the owner and the manger were awesome, kind, and friendly. If you are in the area please go support them and check them out. We will be returning to do another wine tasting again.
Went here as a small group for wine tasting. It was absolutely amazing. The vibe and atmosphere was everything. I will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of having a wine tasting with a group of my closest family and friends from Virginia and Maryland for my birthday. The experience we had at melanated wines was absolutely amazing. The owner and her husband had such great hospitality and customer service. The knowledge learned about each wine was fun and not long and boring. The wine trivia was also fun even though I didn’t win lol. I would definitely recommend melanated wines to anyone.

I was one of 10 for a tour. Our host had made arrangements 3 months ago, emailed the owner 3 weeks ago and got an email conformation of our visit at noon. The facility was locked when we arrived at 12:05; no one was around to answer the door. When our host called the owner replied she was having a staff meeting and no one would be available until 1:15. We did not stick around! We were all disappointed and extremely unsatified.

Attended the bourbon cocktail class as well as the brunch and both were Amazing! From the customer service to the wine it was an awesome experience. When you walk through the door you feel welcome. The space is small inside but it feels intimate and during the warmer months they use the back as well. I look forward to visiting again in the near future.
