Was finally able to make it by for dinner this week. I can say the food is cooked great! wings were smoked to perfection. But I had 2 major problems. First, our food was brought out cold. even the Mac and cheese was a different temperature on top compares to the bottom. All our meats, (ribs, brisket and wings) were cold.
