Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Cold chicken, stale tortilla and one rude ass staff member (the dude with the mushroom top). Ya know how Moe’s usually has a salsa bar? They had two salsas available and they were crusty af around the edges.
I should have not eaten here based on the conditions of the bathroom when I first came in.

This location used to be my favorite location to visit. Today I went in and the kitchen along with the sitting area was not clean. There was no on in the restaurant at that time but all the employees were in the back eating instead of making the dining room appealing to customers. Then when I order my food the seasoned rices looked like white rice. And the guy fixing my food stated that the food has changed. They are still using white cheese and they have taken a few of the vegetables options off the menu. Moe’s is supposed to be different than going to Chipotle and it seems like Moe’s is trying to look like Chipotle without the Chipotle flavor. Please go back to the original menu selection before you lose your faithful customers. Chipotle was right around the corner I should have gone there if I wanted Chipotle food. And then just come to Moe’s for Queso. Which is the only thing that hasn’t changed. Management should get involved at this location because the appearance and the cleanliness standard that was at this location is completely gone!!

This is a great place to have a large group just show up to eat! We had a dozen show up after a middle school football game on Wednesday and received our food fairly fast. Build your own salad worked great for me.

I’m having the most worse issue with this location. I’ve driven over 30 minutes to this location and they have not had my order and I’ve been sitting here for about 25 minutes and still have yet to find my Uber Eats order. Manager can contact me that would be good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've visited Moe's locations across the country, but I've never encountered one as bad as this. On July 24, 2024, at 6:00 PM, I found the place very dirty, with messy tables and floors. I ordered a steak burrito, but the steak tasted unlike any I've had at other Moe's locations—it was more like teriyaki beef jerky. Additionally, the soda machine dispensed very flat soda.
Given the recent reviews for this location, it's hard to believe management is unaware of these issues.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Visited 2 weeks ago for the first time as a last-minute stop for a quick bite. It will be forever my last time. The part I laugh about is I left the establishment once because I didn't like the look of the menu on the wall, but I went back in, and I was grossly mistaken as to why. Let's talk meat....it was old! some options looked "dark" old. I thought I chose the safest option, I was wrong. I ate a couple bites, if you can mash steak with your tongue, there is a problem. My stomach wasn't the same for a week, I probably had some sort of food poison, I belched meat smells for 2 days, not to mention the look of my bowel movements after.

This Moe’s always gives enough chips in their Togo orders. Great burritos! Great deals
Too, they do 5.99 Wednesday burritos and 7.99 Monday burritos.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options are pretty good. Just no cheese and ranch sauce.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat the burritos. Sometimes the food is spicier than other times, but not usually so spicy the kids can’t eat it.
