Really rude staff, food was dry, rice was undercooked, sodas were flat, bathrooms were disgusting. How they got a 99.0 rating is beyond me place needs to clean bad.

Is this a joke? Last time i checked its the middle of february, not april fools. What is this portion sizing? This is what i would out for my 4 year old son. Im a 6’3 23 year old male. This is absolutely unacceptable. Never come here! Theres a chipotle by the street and it tastes much better.

Food was just as good as any other Moe's. It was extremely cold, like the heat was broken, there was a small space heater, but it was uncomfortable even just to stand in line and order. I hope they get it fixed soon for workers and guests.

I went in to get moe monday and my app had offloaded. when my app was redownloading (there was no one behind me or in the store) the cashier was already on the phone talking getting ready to leave. she then left halfway through my transaction talking to the people coming onto the shift in spanish so i couldn’t understand and pointing at me while the people coming on laughed. when someone else came up to the register i asked if i could just put in my phone number and the cashier stated rudely “well let us clock in first.” i was just confused because i thought she had taken over because the first cashier had left. they then all went to the back while i stood there. the first cashier came back up and clocked out without first helping me check out. i waited 8 minutes before finally someone checked me out and i didn’t even get the moe monday deal. i understand it may be annoying to wait for someone to scan but there’s no reason to be so rude. there was no one behind me either so it’s not like i was holding anybody up. please be kind to your customers or don’t work in customer service.

We ordered the taco kit which includes quite a bit of food for $45.99. Feeds about 6 people which is a good amount for the price. The food was good. The rice was definitely dried out and the taco wraps were over toasted on the grill which made them chewy but we made due. Seriously the customer service was zero. There was a young man behind the counter that kept sneezing which is a bit problematic but my food was already paid for. I asked if they allowed substitutes they said no and did not have everything in my box. We had to wait too long because the people behind the counter were laughing and talking. Overall I would eat at Moe's again just not this location.
