Mr. Don’s Famous Chicken & Ribs

This was my 1st time at Mr. Don’s 4-26-2025. What can I say this was just what I needed a great time with great food. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. The workers were nice and very attentive. I went on a night Mr. Kees and his band was playing the live music and mic night was good. I would definitely recommend trying their food and going to Mr. Don’s on Roxboro Rd. I was told the food truck can be in different locations. See y’all next time.

Customer service was amazing and fast food was delicious and flavorful. the Mac and cheese was watery and unseasoned

Hi guys I finally had Mr. Dons famous food. So let me say this the proportion was lot of food. The taste is certainly southern. I was really impressed. We had the ribs the smoked chicken, potato salad, collard greens yams mac & cheese it was so much food. I think one plate could have fed me and my wife if you follow him on Facebook, you can find them location, that’s what I did successful so you want some really good Soul Food

At Grove Winery today with their new shrimp recipe! Y'all it is amazing!

Their collard greens are on point and their ribs are absolutely amazing. The ribs fall right off the bone and are absolutely excellent. Coming from a person who has been all over the south, I assure you that this is high praise. I normally would post a pic but I devoured it too fast. Highly recommend, go check it out!

After working thru lunch…..I was so excited to see a food truck pull up in my town. This isn’t just any food truck y’all…..babeeeeee ?they have some old fashion flavors that leave you wanting more!!! Their meats, sides & desserts take you back to momma or grandma cooking in the kitchen.??. EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS GOOD!!!! Shrimp, sweet potato casserole, mac n’ cheese & the banana pudding…..it was all sooooo yummy!!! The quality of the food was amazing, everything was hot and seasoned well. When you see them in your city…..pull up….no regrets over here!!! . I can’t wait til y’all return to Gibsonville! Thank you, thank you & thank you!

I loved the food so much. The customer service was stupendous. My plate had ribs, chicken, macaroni and turnips. The sides was flavored to perfection. The chicken and ribs was juicy and tender. My favorite thing of all was the sauce! It's so good. After all that food My husband and I split a banana pudding. A perfect dessert after we ate.

Experience was fab!! I had the half chicken dinner with special sauce was ? yummy! Also, tried the shrimp dinner OMG seasoned and fried to perfection!! Banana pudding delicious!I will be back again and again!! Need I say more!! Appreciate the thoughtfulness of tents with seating!
