My husband ordered the Crab and shrimp fries and they were delicious! I ordered the honey garlic steak and chicken. The “steak” was dry and over cooked. It reminded me more of jerky than steak. To me it tasted more like stewed beef that was over cooked ?

The idea is good. But the fry base was not as crisp as I would have hoped. The two dishes we got were very rich/salty. Not to say they weren't good but hard to eat a lot of it. Over all for the price it just isn't worth it.

This is one of my husbands favorite spots to go to. We don’t get to come often because we live 1 hr 30 min away, but we took the drive about a week ago and ordered when we got there so it would be fresh. We sat in our car and ate it, but the fries were undercooked and it lacked sauce. We usually love this place but this night it was disappointing to have driven so far and it not be good. The fries were so undercooked we didn’t even eat them. We will eventually give them another chance

I have been wanting to try this place since I heard they opened one in the carolinas. Finally got a chance to and it was good, but not great. I got the philly steak fries and the plate was beyond full. Very flavorful, but I was expecting a different kind of beef, and onions and peppers. The beef was more for stew than philly's and there were jalapeños which I loved as well as the cheese sauce. Would go back, but will pick a different kind to get.

Know what you want BEFORE you go! Because if you don't I GUARANTEE you will buy more than you wanted. The food was made on the spot and was Soooo delicious. I highly recommend this if you like loaded fries and wings ?Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs heading down, but there is also a ramp. The inside is very spacious. Plenty of room to maneuver.

When you're craving loaded fries this place is your go to! The guy at the counter was so nice, my bad I didn't catch his name. Since it was my first time there he explained how the whole thing works, the sizes they offer, etc. I got the junior size, and it was super filling, got the bacon chicken fries. It was fries topped with a lemony garlic sauce, crispy fried chicken nuggets/ tenders (it was in between sizes) and bacon bits! It is a bit on the pricier side but hey at 12 am I would pay for this! This place is open until 1 am I think. I really wanted to try the crab and shrimp loaded ones but since my husband is allergic I had to stick to chicken but it did not disappoint! .

I'm giving 5 stars because of my first experience. A young fellow prepared my order of garlic parmesan fries. You heard the fries hit the grease and the spatula abrasing the grill. And omg what flavors this dish had was so satisfying and tasty. I had to go back cause it was so good. However, a young lady was at the counter and took my order. I see she's the one preparing it also. I hear fries drop in the grease but not for long. No grill going. She quickly gets my fries and prepares my order at a station. I'm like ok well, they probably already have my ingredients prepped for quick assemble, which clearly it was. I received my order and it was trash. Those items at that station was trash. The chicken was like jerky, so dry I couldn't even tell if I had taken a bite of bacon, but it was chicken. A heap of non crispy fries that should had been cooked longer. Hardly any sauce for the amount of soft fries included in my entrée, just a total disappointment. I really should had took extra time to drive back to the restaurant to make the complaint, but finding another parking spot across the street and walking there again was not in the plans so I just dealt with my order. And I'm still disappointed. I didn't want to write negative but I want the restaurant to know, that backburner food is not where it's at. That of type service will mess your reputation up.

The food is on point and hit the spot! I like the vibe. The service was good and the employees were very respectful and knowledgeable of the products and ingredients. The only thing I don't like is the parking is horrible. It's hard to find parking and barely can find a parking spot.
Every time I'm In Durham I come here. Been following them since Cali! I put my coworkers on and now they travel to Durham to get a fry box naw mean!

Me and my wife went for the first time ever and we definitely enjoyed. The cook was super nice and she was informative and enlightening on menu items. She was even able to recommend some things for us to try. The food was really good and the service was great. My only gripe is I really wished they had a restroom. THATS IT! I will be returning soon.
Omg the black lady who helped me with the menu. Very nice and took her time. That garlic shrimp chicken. I can't make it up. Was so good and I only waited like 15 min. Wished it was somewhere else. No parking except across the street.
