The food was good honestly the best orange chicken I had in a long time. It was super clean and bright big windows. Would come again good food fair price!
We just wanted to have a simple light dinner, but this take-out place far exceeded our expectation. We have traveled around the U.S. in the past 30 years, from Maine to Florida, from CA to NY ... and this was certainly among the best take-out restaurants, the food was delicious for American style Chinese take-out, and very good value too.
Is New Top's China gourmet? No. Is the ambiance that of fine dining? Of course not. And if you order over the phone, don't be put off by the speaker's brief responses. But if you're looking for a cheap, delicious American Chinese takeout meal? Then this is the place for you. My favorite no-nonsense joint in the area.
