I order from here every other month-ish, and every time, EVERY TIME, a part of my order is not completed correctly. Missing toppings, wrong sauce, hour wait on a weekday wrong doe base. The only reason i keep going is b/c it's the only close fast food, but I expect to not get what I ordered.

At least they refunded me for the food I was missing but how do you miss one 20-oz Pepsi and a chocolate chip cookie? Then I called the store and the manager said they would send the missing items but they never did. Won't be ordering from this location again and I advise others to do the same!

Avoid this location. I have ordered delivery here twice. The first took over 2 hours- that should have been my lesson. This time, my order arrived in a more timely manner, but was dissapointing. Both pizzas were skimpy on toppings! The first was a one topping and the other was a two topping, yet some of the slices didn't have any toppings at all! Also ordered 10 boneless wings but received 6 wings on the bone (with a boneless sticker on the package). I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the Doordash driver, who called me repeatedly and asked for an extra tip. Know that if you order from the Papa Johns website that you will receive your order through Doordash.

Ordered delivery the first order was incomplete. Representative states it would be sent again after almost 2 hours it still hadn't arrived. When I called back they said I would be issued a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. Go anywhere else but here for service

I asked for my money back. No kind of care in the world from the cashier that my pizza was not ready.

The pizza wasn't cut right at all but I like the fact it was hot and fresh ?
First of all the bone less BBQ wings were literally chicken nugget with a little bit if BBQ sauce on top and the chicken Alfredo papa bowl looks like they didn't even try on it on they didn't bother to even put a lid in it also don't bother to even buy cheese sticks just buy cheese pizza it's the same thing and watch out for all the hairs on it
