6 of us went to Parizade during restaurant week. It was a fabulous experience, as we always have when we dine there. There was no feeling that the restaurant week option cheapened any of the experience. The offerings were multiple, the quality and quantity of all the food was excellent, the service was wonderful (Raymond was our server) and the 6 of us enjoyed a relaxed, wonderful evening together.
The monthly pairing dinners never fail to be a success. The chef always develops 5 outstaning courses and have never had a repeating one.
this was our first wine-pairing dinner at parizade, which they present monthly - we have attended such dinners elsewhere many times in the past - but the only comparable events we attended at this price point (under $100 per person) was at (the now closed) 18 seaboard - everything from the service to food to short notes from the two vineyards' owner was superb - expect to pay upwards of $200 to $400 per person for a similar experience at other fine restaurants
Service was wonderful, atmosphere pleasant and inviting, food was delicious. We will return.
We were so excited to try Parizade. Our server, Ivan, was rude and impatient. When asking for allergen information he was dismissive and said, repeatedly, that the menu was self explanatory. It took a lot of asking to get him to check with the kitchen on allergy information. He was also judgmental of our food order - suggesting other items after stating what we wanted. Very disappointing. The food was not flavorful - caesar dressing was not flavorful, grilled snapper has soooooo many bones and needed salt, lamb chops were overcooked, the bread was smashed in the bread basket, and the octopus was terrible in every aspect.
Our third time! Really love this spot! Great waiter....Chris! Delicious food and wonderful ambience!
For Atmosphere, quiet dining and excellent menu and food, Parizade remains among the top restaurants in the region! Bravo Giorgio!
We were so pleasantly surprised with Parizade. The ambiance is lovely, the server was very knowledgeable and friendly and the food was fabulous and affordable. The cocktail I had was supurbly made as well. I would highly recommend this place and discovered afterward that it is a part of a large restaurant group so there may be more places like it! Its an extremely well managed restaurant and a lovely experience.
Always an excellent choice when in Durham. The short ribs and lamp chops were both delicious, on my the Banana Napoleon was out of this world! Yummy! It is a definite go to in Durham.
First time at Parizade. It's "best in Durham" is well deserved. Similar to other restaurants in this group, a bit noisy, but a fabulous room, excellent and knowledgeable service. The beets and carrots appetizer was out of this world. The salmon was done perfectly and the linguini and clams was maybe the best I've had. Excellent wine selection. And the banana rum dessert was perfection. Decaf was maybe not the best I've had, but it was decent. Overall, 5/5. We'll be back - often!

The restaurant is very nicely decorated, so cute. It is a little dark- the menu was hard to read without moving the light on the table. The service was exceptional. The cocktails and dessert were really good. The food was good but overpriced for what you get.

Nice spot for dinner with lots of options. Great for a date night or large gatherings. The ambiance of the spot was quaint and i loved that they had an open kitchen. The lamb ribs were tasty and so were the croquettes. We also ordered the lamb chops and spaghetti. Over I felt the food was just good. I would dine here again but I can’t say that I was wow’d. Our sever provided great recommendations and was really attentive.

We had a wonderful experience for our first time! we were celebrating my husband's birthday with a dinner and show at DPAC. Parizade had such a great atmosphere, wonderful staff (especially our server) and fantastic food at a great price. It's very close to DPAC making it a great choice for pre-show meals. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.
My best friend and I had a nice dinner there. Beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Our server, Charles, was fantastic and super helpful.
