We booked a class to make orecchiette, cavatelli, and gnocchi for a work retreat and it was a hit (even for the gluten-free participants!). It is hands-on, group-based, and ends with a product tasting. Carmella is a great host, providing instruction, guidance, and background information on the cooking classes she took in Italy to get her business started. We could also purchase additional pasta to take home, which was a bonus. We did this activity several years ago and the team STILL talks about it today. Definitely one of the best office events we have had. Highly recommend.“
