Placed an online order after leaving work on Easter. Get there to pickup & the timer on app shows ready in 2 mins. My husband goes inside and has to wait 25 minutes. I watched 5 other people pick up pizza & leave! They either gave my pizza away or didn't make it, period!! Shifts changed, and they tried to make him pay again. He had the receipt, thankfully. I was so aggravated, 8:45 at night and a hot disorganized mess just to get 2 pizzas. The pizzas were not great,...

so this Pizza Hut is awesome they have great delivery service as long as they do not use doordash other than that pizza comes right on time when they use their own delivery people and the great with kids my youngest one definitely loves the and Pizza hut's been a classic in my childhood always will and always was

personally, place the order, good promotions, good product, customer service is still lacking, they do not ask, do you want a complement, sauce, dressing, etc., they do not say thank you, but we return for the quality of products, although sometimes they fail preparation .
