Pizza Hut

This is the ONLY Pizza Hut I like. Great customer service. Friendly staff. My food is ALWAYS hot and ready and done right. I refuse to go to any other pizza place. I order under the name Lola Bunny and I can’t complain about this restaurant at all.

They are so slow and so dirty

So we ordered the Triple Treat special, 2 med. 1 topping pizzas, breads ticks, and cinnamon sticks along with 12 garlic parm wings. The pizza was so dry and old it was like eating cardboard! There was no garlic or parmesan on the wings! The absolute worst ever

I have had two terrible experiences with this location. The first time, our pizza arrived late, cold, and with incorrect toppings. I only ordered again because I received a free pizza coupon in apology for the first incident. That time, the order never arrived at all. I tried three times to contact the store for an order update—two of those times, I waited over three minutes and no one answered the phone. The third time, they immediately put me on hold. I waited on hold for more than five minutes before I gave up and ended the call. I will not be wasting my time with another order from this store.

I've never been to this Pizza Hut. Google thinks I have. Maybe we shouldn't trust this stuff.

Ordered around 6:30, order time was 6:50. I pulled up at 6:55 and my order was hot and ready. It looked to be staffed by 3 people on a busy Saturday night. I tipped $2.00, wish I had tipped more. They were all giving 110% on a busy Saturday night. Everything was on point.

Manager male gentleman in a gray collared shirt on duty tonight 10/3/25, a lot of people waiting for food which is fine because it's a Friday night, that's to be expected, there's a group of Hispanic gentlemen talking amongst each other and he started yelling at them telling them to get out of the store if they were going to talk in Spanish, keep in mind they weren't even talking about him they were talking about work, he told them they need to wait outside because they're taking up too much space and if they didn't leave he was going to make them.. it was so embarrassing several people including myself just walked out with them. He was being extremely racist to some hard-working men just sitting there patiently waiting for their food.

The lady work there is rude and makes you feel she works for free you ask her a question she don’t answer she always have her EarPods on and make me wait more than 10 minutes just to take my order

One of the perks about ordering delivery is not having to do any of the prep yourself. This location dropped the ball with the whole “cutting into usable portions.”

Also, they delivered the wrong pizza once and despite me eating a slice (because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for a replacement), the driver took the partially eaten pizza back when he dropped off the correct one. Gross.

Probably the worst pizza hut ever, the customer service is horrible how these people stay open is amazing the door is always locked, you have to bang on the door they have this lazy lady with a horrible attitude.

Amazing pizza, honestly, and the people working there tonight were very friendly and helpful. I have been impressed consistently with their pizzas at this location. There had been obvious care taken in the preparation and arrangement of the ingredients (I made pizza for a long time too). 10/10

Overall a 4/5 Rating

This is the first time in over a year I ordered food from Pizza Hut and also went back to this specific restaurant. The last time they had the outer door locked which was a turn off, luckily someone was coming out so I didn't wait long to get in. For this trip at the time of arriving and picking up my order there was no one else in front of me waiting. My normal pizza routine is either from frozen or pickup from Domino's but I wanted something different. I placed a $7 deal for a single one topping pizza, boneless wings and Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sticks (these rocked).

After a minute an employee working the cash registered did finally look up and acknowledge me.
I had to wait about 3 minutes (after arriving) for the manager to come over, acknowledge me and give me my order.

My only feedback is that I would have liked to get acknowledged by someone and given my order a little faster but overall I would come back here again.

Subpar for pizza hut, disappointed. Pizza was dry, hard and over baked. Crust was nonexistent and it wasnt cut! I had to go home and cut it. Customer service was like they barely even wanted speak to you. Pizza was poorly made, cheese burnt, pepperoni burnt, they just slapped it on and didn't care about presentation or it even looking like a pizza. Never going back
