Every time I go to pick up an order the staff is kind and welcoming. They really strive in making the customer feel well taken care of even when it is busy.
Do not order pizza from this place. You will feel like they ordered it pizza from you. The staff has no clue of customer service the place looks very nasty and the staff is all in their own world and all look like they could use a course in personal hygiene and customer service. Not to mention when you get the pizza it’s cold because they can’t find your order.BEWARE!!

my food was over an hour late. I ordered additional items and paid for them. They did not come, nor do they ever come when I order additional items, and they refuse to refund me for the items that I did not receive, but I paid for I hate the service at this Pizza Hut.

I ordered delivery and it got here 15 minutes after it was supposed to be here but then my food is wrong and the worker argued with me about what i ordered.. Then hangs up on me. I have been on hold for over 25 mins and still on hold. They are not answering to fix my order.
I ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut and was quoted a delivery time of 9:46pm. Turns out, my order was being delivered by DoorDash and they failed to alert me of this. I didn’t receive my order until nearly 10:30, and the driver requested a payment after I had already paid online. I told him that I had already paid, after which, he returned to his vehicle and called me saying that I didn’t pay and requested payment again. On top of that, my food was cold. I did the survey after receiving my order and was contacted two days later by the manager, Abdul. He apologized for the inconvenience, and told me to come in that day to have my order remade at no charge. I arrived at the store at 12:30 pm after seeing that the store opened at 11am to find the door was locked and no one was in the store. I called multiple times and never received an answer. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

Horrible experience!! Staff did not not acknowledge when you enter the door..literally stood in line with a lobby full of people and had to ask about order. Person working front tried to force someone elses order on me and had to repeatedly tell them it was not my order. Order was supposed to be ready at 635 did not receive until 730. Food was decent but was cold.

The GM of the store, Abdul is an absolute asset to this company. His willingness to go above and beyond was pretty awesome. I’m very appreciative of all his effort in making sure I received an item from my UberEats that was not delivered as it should have.
