I ve been going to this truck when the owner was cooking on the grill and that's how you would get it... Off the grill. He would cut it and put it on the plate. Well the chicken is still the best in Durham..... Buttt... When I purchase from the son... I'm never pleased. I'm sorry but I have too. The first purchase with the son I did not get my whole chicken.. to the second time the chicken was old and dried out and he charges more then usual. But other than that...
Delicious food. Got chicken and pento beans. He gave me some rice to try. Thought prices were high, but the serving sizes are large so they aren’t. Excited for the left overs later.

The chicken is solid charbroiled chicken. Great flavor and char. The breast was a little dry but still good.
The ribs though!!!!! I was having flashbacks to ribs my uncles would make in Mexico when I was a kid. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, a must try.
