Our favorite pizza in Durham. It is the closest to Italian Neapolitan pizza locally.
GF pizza crust is good
The young man I spoke with was very pleasant!
I love this place! Go pretty much weekly.
Delicious local pizza joint with tons of great options and friendly folks

The pizza was ok, but it was undercooked (The roasted garlic was basically raw) and service was awful, it was a pick up order and I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front of the store, and even then the server got a new order in first from another customer who had just arrived before picking up my order. Left disappointed as I did hear good things about this place

This is the best most authentic pizza I’ve had since living in Italy. The staff was also very considerate.
Update: The tiramisu is also phenomenal!

I’m giving this place five stars because the food was so good even the spinach arugula salad was excellent and I love the dressing!
Atmosphere needs improvement, kids screaming no music kind of bland… If they could at least play music there, it would at least fade out some of the screaming kids. I would definitely go back, but it would be takeout.

This is the one restaurant in the Triangle Area that I have been back to multiple times. The food is reasonably priced, and consistently delicious. They have an amazing kids menu option for $6.50 which is a personal pizza, chicken strips and fries or spaghetti and a drink- fountain, juice box, milk or Yoo-hoo. Their calzones are delicious and same toppings combo as the pizza, which is equally yummy. They have a variety of things on their menu other than pizza- the fried artichokes for example are awesome. There is a little enclosed play space for the kiddos which is a nice touch. So it's very kid friendly. They even have some local beer on tap. The atmosphere isn't anything to write home about but it's one con against a bunch of pros.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Liker's and Veggie Lover's pizza and calzones, Salads, some appetizers
Dietary restrictions: Was impressed to see that they offer cauliflower crust and vegan cheese
Kid-friendliness: $6.50 kids menu, play space, and wall to ceiling windows by front booths if they like to look at cars, two family size restrooms.

My very first time trying this place out with my children. We’re definitely coming back. Every meal on the table was phenomenal! I think I found my new fave Italian restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kid area!! With books and toys to keep the little ones occupied.

After a negative experience, we mistakenly tried to give Pops another shot because it is conveniently located. Pizza was soggy and barely edible. This kitchen does not take pride in their work. The ingredients are not bad but the low effort assembly was wildly bad. So disappointing!
