This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. I recently had the bleu cheese and bacon burger and it was heavenly. The atmosphere is quite pleasant as long as you miss the lunch rush in which case it's rather noisy. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious.
Really good food with a large menu.Vegetarian options: Should question staff about dishes because some do use chicken stock and salt pork for flavor.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff are very accommodating to wheelchair bound patrons.

I recently used Hope Valley to cater an event at McKimmon Center at NCSU, and they were outstanding. Alexis was so kind and helpful, making things as easy as they could possibly be for a first-time event coordinator like myself. I was working with a conference committee, so there was a lot of back-and-forth regarding the budget, menu, etc., but Alexis was incredibly patient. Kelly did an amazing job at our reception. Everyone loved her. I'm so glad I chose Hope Valley!
