I had a vegetable lasagna from Pop's Backdoor Pizza and it was so good. I am a vegetarian/pescatarian and I eat vegetarian lasagnas from time to time. This one exceeded my expectations. I had planned to save half for today but I ate all of it! I ate the garlic bread in the parking lot. Delicious!!!

I ordered a custom calzone and it came out pretty weird. I’ve never had a calzone so…wet? It seems like the dough was a little too thin and cutting into it every time the liquid was just pouring out of it. All of the spinach was piled in the middle in a big heap so I’m not sure if that was the problem but other than that, the smoked chicken also had a strange taste and I mostly avoided it. I also had a cannoli that was really tasty but other than that I probably wouldn’t come back based on this experience. Especially not when the calzone I made came out to $16. Why are cheap ingredients like spinach, garlic and onion $1.50 each to add??

Where else can you get Granny Smith apples on a pizza? Exactly! It's a little out of the way for me but well worth the drive. Service and atmosphere is fantastic! The 14" pie fed me for a couple days.

I think reviews are fake. This is hands down the most disgusting disappointing food I’ve had in Durham. Pizza, cheese sticks and both sandwiches (chicken n Philly)tasted awful.

Found this little spot as we did a short visit to watch the blue devils baseball. It was delicious and the dough was fresh. Loved the apple and Brie calzone! We ordered online but wanted to eat at the restaurant. So they packaged our food which made it a little underwhelming. French fries were not good. Some soggy some Burt and dried. Tasted frozen for sure. My son loved his sub but it was quite a mess when he got it. We would recommend eating at the restaurant and not for take out.

I've seen this place for years, but never gave it a chance so about 2 weeks ago I decided to have lunch there little change of atmosphere. So I ordered two slices and a drink the lunch specials I'm mainly a sausage and pepperoni guy the food was great the crust was amazing the only thing it seems like it's just a very small amount of sausage just a very light sprinkle and the pepperoni really doesn't stick to the cheese... By me being a pizza connoisseur I feel it should be a nice amount of sausage and pepperoni on each slice..... I had the wings yesterday for the very first time at the wings were amazing... Other than that I did find me a new lunch spot approximately 1 minute from my job the two guys that waits on me each time I come in there seem to be real cool and laid back...

Ordered a large pizza with bacon, it was cardboard thin, over cooked to the point that a slice would crumble, hard to chew, garnish/topping was sparce, sauce was more bland than diluted plain Ragu. As a food service member, I'm appalled that kitchen let this leave. A saltine with some ketchup.

doordash this in. Absolutely hideous. ITS NOT COOKED AND I CANT GET A REFUND. It’s doughy and undercooked. It was thrown in the box with no care. Literally worst thing i’ve ever seen in my life. An abomination to food. Absolutely fuming right now. ??

We received totally uncooked calzones from this place. Somehow the top was burnt. The edges and interior were cold and doughy. The bottom was covered in grease and was floppy. It was completely inedible. Extremely disappointing.

Never disappointed by this place! I’ve tried many pizzas here + a custom pasta bowl & salads. You receive a lot of food for the $. But I have to say, the “Northerner Pizza” is phenomenal. The description says “shaved beef”, but it’s more like a shaved pot roast! Sublime flavor on a cold, grey, damp day hanging out at home in your PJ’s!
