This is my second time there and the lady at the register shouldn't be at the front, she need to work on her customer service skills. The food was ok, but the problem I have is on 12-23-24 I went in for two to go small pizzas which totalled $27.12 and I signed for $27.12 and received my receipt for that amount. I used my cashapp card, it went through for $27.12, the morning of 12-24-24 I received an update that my total was updated for $33.12 for a $6.00 tip which I didn't leave nor authorized. The money isn't the problem, it's the principal of the situation, not being a honest establishment. Come on for $6.00 you would risk losing customers!

Great food, awesome staff and super clean! Great vibe and service. The team is extremely friendly and ready to provide their customers with the best customer service. Food is amazing and the pizza is top tier! I recommend it for anyone from NY and NJ craving and missing NY pizza.
Kid-friendliness: Team goes the extra mile and cuts the pizza into 16 slices for smaller/thinner kid friendly slices when asked.

I went there for lunch. The guy didn’t see me come in. I watch him casually without glove wipe his hands on his pants, scratch his head. Pick up someone’s food, stick his hand in the cheese to finish there order. When he gets to me I asked him if the lady wearing gloves can fix my food. He told me that he has touched any food and still tried to fix my food. I was all the way Grossed out!! The nerve!! With all the stuff going on not to wear gloves while fixing food and get mad when asked if someone else could do it!! No one want your personal germs on there food!!! Ewwww

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Roma Pizza shop that compels me to share my disappointment. The demeanor of the older lady at the front was shockingly unprofessional, and her treatment of the employees was utterly unacceptable. Witnessing such disrespect towards the staff left me deeply disturbed. The employees deserve better, and it's disheartening to see them subjected to such treatment. I strongly believe that no one should support a business that tolerates such behavior. The lack of action by the management only adds to the frustration. It's imperative for the lady at the front to undergo a complete overhaul in her approach to customer service. Until significant changes are made, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone spend their money at Roma Pizza. It's time for a serious reevaluation of the customer experience at this establishment.

Great pizza and all toppings are turkey, chicken or beef based, not pork. Great for us as a friend of ours doesn't eat pork, so we can get any pizza toppings and he's able to eat them!
