I recently had an unfortunate experience at Roma Pizza shop that compels me to share my disappointment. The demeanor of the older lady at the front was shockingly unprofessional, and her treatment of the employees was utterly unacceptable. Witnessing such disrespect towards the staff left me deeply disturbed. The employees deserve better, and it's disheartening to see them subjected to such treatment. I strongly believe that no one should support a business that tolerates such behavior. The lack of action by the management only adds to the frustration. It's imperative for the lady at the front to undergo a complete overhaul in her approach to customer service. Until significant changes are made, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone spend their money at Roma Pizza. It's time for a serious reevaluation of the customer experience at this establishment.

Great pizza and all toppings are turkey, chicken or beef based, not pork. Great for us as a friend of ours doesn't eat pork, so we can get any pizza toppings and he's able to eat them!

Not Roma Pizza. I'm talking about subway... Sherron Rd Subway... support your promotion in your App.. Every one wearing Black Tees with subway app on front.... Really... this post is for owners and public...I love the staff always professional kind courteous and quick... they been there a while cause I been eating there for over ten years buying salads... 2-3 footlong subs at least twice a week.. order for my parties and family... even work. But they don't support promotions ... so the app is a scam... downloaded during Covid... I used to have the plastic card. You don't support your app that you make your employees advertise... we should not support you.. I thought it was a glitch in my app so I have downloaded it several times... It never worked for me.. I just give in and pay full price but I asked tonight...so I do get a few points for a buck or two off... not fair ....post on your Window/ door/ any advertisement you don't support your app and folks can choose to support or find a Subway that does. It's hard fir everyone not just businesses... or fix the app so you don't have to complete your prefer before you find out it doesn't work... it's frustrating. I'm done. Do better ... we are a community usually supports our businesses. I Try, so support us.

So the experience with ordering pizza was HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered from the wrong location and instead of having good customer service and understanding mistakes happen. I was told well I don’t care about you as a customer I want my money. I would not order from them again their manager was rude and disrespectful. The company they go through online to order they are just as rude.

Pizza had a decent amount of toppings on it but lacked flavor. I paid for fresh whole garlic and got minced garlic juice. Lady at the front could provide better customer service. They serve their pizza in something called a boxza which is pretty cool, it folds so you can throw your leftovers in the fridge easier. However there is definitely room for improvement.Dietary restrictions: They serve gluten free crust pizza!

The food was good, but customer service is terrible, and they all had bad attitudes. Especially the older lady up front. She was throwing things around and does not like to answer questions of any kind. She was snappy toward everyone that came in. Don't expect to have a pleasant experience here. Don't ask any questions about your food. Don't ask for anything extra. Also, they began closing and locking their doors and turning things off with several of us still inside eating and it was nearly an hour before closing time. I will definitely go to another establishment from now on and I highly suggest everyone else do the same. Very uncomfortable experience. ?
