I went in to buy Yard soil that was on sale. Sams was out of stock. It's the beginning of the growing season in NC. It's poor management not to have an adequate suppy of this prodouct for members. Manager told me that " it's first come first serve". I expected better from Sams. They could at least offer a rain check. I also have a Costco membership and I have never gone there and a sale product was not avaible. Costco, here I come....

I was having a super hard time in sam's in the clothing section and out of the corner of my eye I saw a this pretty hispanic girl in a bunch of gold chains Folding a bunch of clothes. i asked for her name and she said it was Angelina, She was the nicest worker ever, I told her how I was struggling to find some jeans for my boyfriend and i did not know his size and she was actually really helpful because i would say im super indecisive and she really helped me pick out the best pair of jeans for him. But turns out they didn't fit but the second time i came in to return to jeans I saw her again working hard at folding clothes and basically explained how they didn't fit him correctly and she recommended me a different size for him and it actually fit. Thanks you so much Angelina

I am writing a very disappointing review due to horrible service that has consistently been provided at this Sams Club. We have waited for our pick-up order 45 minutes and still nothing. We called them to inform them of the situation and still no urgency. This is not the first time. I hate there is not another option in my area.

sams hiring chandler towing and shady security guards to tow customers vehicles loading their groceries in fire lanes in the area no even 1 minute loading due to the heavy rain security not letting sams club customers know that cars are being towed saw like 5 cars being towed in 15 minutes upset because took $150 to release your own car ripping off customers chandlers towing without. me noticing lifting my car while loading my groceries never coming here again

Been shopping here a lot with the family, and all I have to say is that Sam's club is the best warehouse store in my experience. I liked how they kept the supplies organized, they have free sample stands, the customer service there is nice. In their cafeteria I know that on the weekends the lines get very long, but the staff that works at the cafe is nice, and the food there isn't that bad. The soft cinnamon pretzels at their cafe are the tastiest. Sometimes one of the soda fountain drinks don't work, and I got water in mine than mtn dew, and some work so they gotta fix that immediately. Overall organized, and great place to shop. :) Yes we are coming back to shop there for survival hehe. :)

I wanna give a 5 star review but I can’t I don’t know who she is but she has the worse attitude ever there have been way to many times where she has refused to make pretzels or churros today there was a guy asking nicely if they had any she said no in a very disrespectful way but then the guy in the back said they had some and he could make them she turns and says sure whatever a manager needs to see what’s happening it’s totally out of line what’s she’s doing.

Service: 1

The Management team and team members are always extremely accommodating. When inquired about services offered, the response was immediate and very accommodating. Sam's Club take care of their customers and the community. They go above and beyond for their customers! The staff is always professional, kind, and outgoing. Many thanks to the entire team for always going above and beyond! Special thank you to Jennifer!!! Highly recommend.

No Diesel fuel in the gas station for the RV can’t recommend it to fellow RR’s

Went there today (Sunday)..what a mistake!-out of 20 registers only about 6 had actual cashiers, the rest were self checkout monitored by 2 employees. It was chaotic- the lines were at least 10 people deep at every register (one had 20 people in it and it was not moving). Every self checkout person was having issues (scanner not working, card reader taking too long to process, could not get cart through) but no staff member was there to assist to keep the lines moving. Now , there WERE staff around- they just were watching and only intervening if a customer asked - clearly this system is broken. What is the point of paying for a membership? The prices aren’t worth the aggravation of this place. Fail

First time visiting this club. I found the prices very affordable and the selection is really close to Costco and Bjs but the prices I noticed slightly lower. The store is large and layed out well, I didn't feel overwhelmed as I do sometimes when I enter a large store. I really liked how they organized the sections of produce and cold items. Everything was easy to find. The coolest perk they have (my friend used) is that you can scan all of your items on the app then go to self pay with the list and check out. You avoid scanning at checkout and or being in a line. This was very smooth and efficient. I picked up a pre-made salad kit so I'm looking forward to trying this.

Sam's is Sam's, pretty much wherever you go, and this one is fine. Just different. I always use Quick Scan, and I only went in for two pastry trays for the convention I'm attending in Raleigh. For some reason, the items scanned, but then I had to go to a self checkout to complete the transaction. Weird. Maybe it was because I was out of town....but I live in same state. [Insert shoulder shrug here.] The bakery items all look fantastic as always, and the baker was doing her thing behind the window. At my home club, you can't see the actual bakery, so that was a pretty cool difference. I think this may be one of the original clubs or something. The exterior had old block letter signage that was RED. Hunh. This Club isn't BAD, just unexpectedly different. The door checkers were really nice though!

Only two cashiers and 8 or more self checkouts. Lines backed up in the aisles. This is madness. Take a hint from Costco and employ more humans during the holidays to combat the rush of customers that you have. Even if you did scan and go, the line waiting to exit was backed up past the hot food section. Just poor management and staffing all around. Otherwise, the store was fully stocked, organized, and clean.
