Every time I visit the mall, I stop at this Starbucks. They are actually pretty efficient as far as time because there are a lot of people there. The space is very small so you have to stand up or wait outside. I think they should have some sort of intercom that you can hear outside of the store if you're standing there when they called your name that would be pretty convenient.. but overall, they do an excellent job and I always enjoy my Starbucks drinks.
Visited on 1/20, my grande white chocolate mocha was not as hot as it should be and either the lid or the cup was defective because the lid did not fit correctly. Went to take a sip and it was dripping all over me.
Busy. It's small and not a good place if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage. Some seating outside the door, but not much and almost always taken. Staff were handling everything well. drinks were good. Glad my tea did not taste like someone else's drink.
