Made my salted caramel cream cold brew wrong... Twice!!!!! No syrup at all and Starbucks cold brew is so bitter without.... Disappointing

I came in a there was already 4 people waiting in line. There was several people working but no one was taking orders or extrovert the customers that they were short staff. Instead they just kept talking and doing other jobs. After 4 or 5 minutes the other customers that was waiting decided to leave no one noticed nor did they care. One of Starbucks workers was putting food up in the back but didn’t care there was people waiting to be serviced!!

I’ve been to this location on several occasions and I’m always pleased. The baristas I’ve talked to are always very pleasant and kind, plus the drinks are very solid. Ember is very sweet and she made my drink perfectly today, will definitely continue coming to this location :)

The worst customer service didn't get the name of the lady behind the counters name. But she was very rude, didn't want to even be at work, was very slow. All I can is she had green hair and was wearing a black hoodie. Looked very sloppy to even be at work , not presentable. DRESS CODE needs to be talked about.

My server that took my order was very friendly and great attitude and so was the other barista who handed me my ice coffee. I'm really glad I stopped. They started my day off great!

The poor employee was thrown to the wolves. All alone admitting she was new and had zero training. Customers have to instruct her on how to make drinks step by step

Not very friendly, didn’t really listen to my order or communicate with each other. They were slow. It seemed like they were unhappy and didn’t want to be there. This location is randomly closed all the time. It’s not dependable.

They have a sign where they scan you code for the points but they don’t Scan your code only if you are paying with the Starbucks card Scan and pay
