Today I made my daily run in between classes to grab a coffee and a sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and they told me they no longer give out cups of water. When I asked why they said they don’t want to give away free cups. You’re telling me I pay 13+ dollars for a small coffee and a small sandwich and you can’t give me a 0.03 cent cup with tap water ! SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!
I would understand if I had just walked in and asked for a cup of water. But with a purchase over $10, I would think the loss of the cost of one cup would be negligible . Considering I will now never go back to at least this Starbucks.

I ordered a venti drink the lady claimed I paid and was charged for a grande. I then ask for an itemized receipt to under how that is, they're unable to recreate my receipt. The original lady that checked me out then proceeds to explain that she rung my order up as a grande rather than a venti and I would have to pay the difference. I agree to pay the difference of about $.20, they then cannot charge that amount but only higher.

Wonderful service. Coffee was great. Yes I would go again! I recommend this place to you. Please give them a try. Especially if you love great Coffee and maybe a little bit more. Such as good bagel with egg cheese and ham. Maybe try their doughnuts of all flavors. No matter what you decide to try, you will not be disappointed.Enjoy!!
