It’s a good place to ‘get away’ from the hospital setting. I wheeled my daughter downstairs and we sat for a few minutes and listened to the holiday music and enjoyed the smell of sweet drinks and pastries. BUT…the majority of the people working there were not very friendly, and neglected to let me know what if they give me my receipt, I could bring it back for a refill within 4 hours. I did have one person let me know this, and I very much wish I could remember her name....

I work night shift so caffeine is a life saver to make it through these 12 hours. I spend at least $100 a month at this Starbucks. I always get excellent service. The third shift crew always has an inviting and fun energy. My drinks no matter how complicated are always made right and they always check to make sure I am satisfied.

I was helped by Michelle Henry, she was really kind, friendly and helpful. I got my drink right with the correct proportion of milk to coffee and I also noticed she served everyone with a smile. Definitely recommend this location.
