This Starbucks is my favorite location. The baristas are starting to recognize me as a regular, their wait times are usually pretty fast and consistent, and I’ve witnessed firsthand their ability to keep calm and collected while dealing with difficult customers.

Absolutely THE best customer service! I literally drive some days 10-15 minutes out of the way and pass other locations because the staff at Tower Blvd is just that friendly and attentive. I can not say enough wonderful things about them…plus they make an amazing matcha!
*For the record the 3 starts is for the app allowing me to order something they didn't have. I'm not sure whose fault that is.I ordered a chestnut praline latte with the app. Got to the store and my cup was on the counter empty. Asked one of the baristas about it and she said they were out of the syrup and that the cashier would have to take care of it.
