Staff should be a little more knowledgeable on the drinks. I wanted something sweet and frozen with little to no coffee and little recommendations were given. I used to get strawberries and cream but that's not an option
I'm sure the coffee here is great but I wouldn't know because I did not get any. The Starbucks near my job closed early so I placed a mobile order for pickup. Two drinks, one for me, one for my Daughter. It took awhile for us to drive to there so I assumed they would be ready. It was 15 mins past the quoted pick up time. After shopping I went over to the Starbucks and to my surprise I was greeted by Mr.Charles.
He was very polite and attentive, his customer service and attitude the whole time was excellent. My beverage and food were ready right away, I will be sure to stop by a few times a week!
