Drive thru service terrible old guy named Ray yells at customer if you drive off claiming your not verifying your order when you do. They need a happy person at the window not him...also my order was wrong and was overcharged not the 1st time. Never going

As a regular patron I've witnessed some of the employees outright bullying other(usually newer) staff members. I've heard some people who used to work there call it "a hazing" but it's just very unprofessional. I will be forced to take my business to a different company altogether if this one continues to let their employees act this indecent towards their fellow coworkers and even the patrons of the store.

This is the friendliest and courteous of all of the many Starbucks I've visted.Fast service, considerate and great selection of food and drinksKudos to the entire staff. Starbucks is so much more then what they serve. Their customer service is unsurpassable.Parking: Drive through line sometimes makes it difficult to get out of your parking space.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I understand being short staffed and even only serving through a drive through, but I being on a motorcycle it’s not exactly the easier or practical thing to do. Someone came to the door and I explained my situation and said I would even give him my card, wait outside, and even eat it outside. All he told me was “you see the sign, that’s a choice you’ve got to make. There’s one on roxboro road.” Safe to say I’ll never be coming back to this Starbucks. Staff is rude as hell

Probably the worst Starbucks location! Order ahead on the app to find out your order is ready and there are 20 cars in the drive thru. If customers cannot truly order ahead turn the function off in the app. I’ve seen others do this. Front doors are locked due to lack of staff. At least allow customers to come in and pick up their orders! I would have rated this location a zero if I could.
