An Indian lady was unfamiliar with proper customer service. I purchased two sandwiches and two drinks, and she became angry when I attempted to refill my fountain drinks. I have never before been refused refills at a fast-food restaurants.

I ordered online through Subway.com, paid, and received an order confirmation. This location says they never got the order, and there was nothing they could do. The customer service number refers you back to a form on the website. So, so, so very unhelpful.

I would never, ever, ever order online from Subway. If you do and there is a problem the store is absolutely zero help.

Out of meatballs and other items. Waited in a 15 minute line to find that out. Do you think they put up a sign or something. 15 minutes is a long time. We only got a half hour for lunch way to waste my time subway!

They do not accept the coupons that they are required to accept as a Subway franchise, therefore the subs are more expensive than anywhere else.
The service is very bad, the saleswomen always seem to have a bad temper.
One of the saleswomen was cleaning and when a customer arrived she went to serve him without washing her hands, nor did she use antibacterial gel.
When asked to add more ingredients to the subs, they refused and did not like it.
They didn't say goodbye, they aren't friendly, they don't know anything about customer service.
I don't recommend this place.

Obnoxious, overly repetitive, dumb advertisements playing over and over wherever I watch the news is the reason I'll never come back here. Please stop. It really wasn't that funny the first of 6,000 times.
