It's been a good year or two before I ate at a subway and I forgot how much I loved the cheese steaks. I forgot how much meat is on these things and vegetables it was genuinely a great sandwich for me. I don't eat out often but man I had forgotten the taste of the fresh baked bread and meat that every bite just melted in my mouth.

The worker never addressed me except to ask what I wanted. She didn't say hello. Nor did she say thank you. In preparing my sub (which I must say was delicious) she just threw/tossed the meat and extras on the bread. I wouldn't say she was rude. She had an attitude of indifference. I don't think she cared one way or the other about customer service or food preparation.

The foods are alright, except this location hardly ever accepts the online & app discounts where lots of people are in financial situations when they don't have to cook once in awhile. I used to go there every Friday but I started to stop going since last couple year.

I just ordered a steak and cheese to be delivered from GH. When I tell you I had more onions bread lettuce and peppers then meat. I couldn’t even taste the meat. That’s how little it was smh what a waste.
As someone who has to work out of town at times, I am very particular about eating establishments. Stopped at this Subway today. To say I was impressed is an understatement. This Subway was spotless (including the bathroom) and the young lady who waited on me got my sandwich exactly right.

This is a wonderful Subway. Our sandwiches always come out good, the staff treats us as they should, one of the few Subways with a drive thru, and they open very early. There are other options on the menu that we rarely have but I love options so they score points for that. I just don’t like their prices being slightly higher than other Subways and they don’t take coupons. It’s worth paying for the convenience though especially if your high schooler forgot lunch and needs to make it to school on-time.

So, I went to this subway 7.8.2022 after work, I was starving very hungry and wanted to save some money and tried to use the subway coupon, which I received in the mail and they had a sign reading “This subway location does not accept coupons due to rising costs”.I paid the full price but I have never seen or heard of this, never ever had a problem using the subway coupons at all the other locations in Durham, Hillsborough or Raleigh. The coupon was not expired and the terms on the coupon do not indicate that it is “for participation locations only” but they never accepted it. So needless to say i was very unhappy and will not be going to this location and I would not recommend this to anyone.
