Today was my first time visiting after watching a TikTok. Great food, good customer service, and reasonably priced. I had the breakfast plate, salmon pattie, grits, and scrambled eggs with cheese for $10. Spent an extra $1 for a cup of lemonade. The parking is street parking and the place is walk-up windows only. I will be back.

First time eating here. And man let me tell you I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. HOME COOKING AT ITS BEST. FAMILY ran. I had a bacon plate. Bacon was perfectly crispy. Egg scrambled perfect do delicious. Came with a side of grits . I will be back. Recommended 💯

Although they specifically specialize in breakfast, its definitely one of the best places to grab a to go order that tastes like grandma's kitchen & doesn't break the bank! Wordup, Tater Bread is a cornerstone in Durham & has a black owner who has been vital in our Durham community for years. So go grab a breakfast plate!

Largest steak and egg biscuit I think I've ever eaten. That and their hash brown potato was only $8. Tasty food and friendly service.
