The food is wonderful. But what I really love is how easy it is to order in the phone.

This quiet little restaurant has recently made some big improvements . Food and service are much improved. Like so many businesses that struggled through the COVID era, they hung in there. I don't know if it's new ownership or new management, but if you were disappointed then, why not give them a second chance? We're glad we did.

Saturday dinner take out. Food was ready within 20 minutes. Delicious!! There weren’t any patrons at the restaurant but there were other take out orders being picked up. Good sized portions. We’ll be back for sure

Enjoyed the recent lunch menu along with the best crab ragoons in town.

I tried Thai Spoon for the first time this evening, and ordered takeout. My food was ready before the estimated pickup time. I had the Fried Dumplings, Basil Fried Rice, and a Thai Tea. Everything was delicious, especially the Fried Dumplings. The staff were extremely kind and respectful. Can’t wait to order from here again!

I don’t wanna be too harsh, the food i had was very good. My confirmation email told me 8:20-8:45. I got there around 8:50, so the food should have been ready by then. I then waited for 40 minutes at the counter before a worker came out from the back of the restaurant to help me. There were about 5 groups behind me by then waiting, and several tables dining in that hadn’t been helped. I was courteous, tipped and left.

The other issue is that they had a promotion online for a Free Thai Tea and a Free Appetizer on Jan. 31st only, which was added in my cart automatically online, and I was excited for. This was not in the bag for the orders I picked up for my roommate and I, and I did not notice until I got home. I understand if supply was limited or if it wasn’t available, but a heads up would have been good to give.

Again, food was good and I’m not trying to rag too hard on them, just a little bit frustrating waiting 40 minutes for service when the store isn’t busy, and there are other patrons waiting for takeout and dine-in. They didn’t have a bell to ring for service, and it felt rude to knock on the kitchen door to get their attention. I heard people talking in the kitchen in conversation. When someone did come out, they didn’t apologize for the wait or anything, just checked me out without much service.

Edit: I remembered, I did also call twice before I ordered my food online so that I could ask a question and they did not answer either time.
