One of the best pubs in Durham & that is saying a lot as Durham has many great pubs!

We came to the area to watch our daughter’s collegiate soccer (fútbol) game. The next day we wanted to watch FC Barcelona and did a quick google search 👀 and found The Boot Room. The atmosphere is really great to watch fútbol ⚽️: the TVs, the paraphernalia and the people.

Came in for dinner and unfortunately it was terribly disappointing. Probably one of the worst fried chicken sandwiches I've had in recent memory, thin piece of chicken and it was very stringy and tough. The fries were good and Beer Study in general is fantastic, so hopefully this was just a once off but I was told this was one of the more popular items on the menu.

Incredible football pub. Has books about football, video games, great outdoor patio, very good food, bunch of great drinks and very nice amenable staff. This is the go to spot if u Wanna watch any big match like if it’s Champions league or prem or anything like that. They’re really chill if you need them to put on a different game and the food is really good. Parking can be a little bit tricky if it’s a big match so just be aware of that. 10/10 recommend

The Boot Room is a great local restaurant in the Rockwood neighborhood. I love the Cobb Salad, but everything we have ordered here has been delicious.

One of my favorite spots in Durham. I’ve never had anything on their menu I didn’t like. Been going to Trivia nights on Tuesdays for some time now and it’s just a great place to eat, hang out with some friends if you’re looking for more of a casual good time. I like the soccer bar energy there and appreciate its uniqueness in that manner.

I had the fish and chips. The tarter sauce was excellent, fish and fries cooked perfectly (and I'm a seafood snob from the coast). Beer study is connected with an excellent beer selection, a very eclectic vibe, and a hilarious Danny DeVito situation in the restroom lol. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Food is meh, service has a lot of room for growth but judging from what I saw those I I interacted with are unlikely to. It’s a nice clean place with a good atmosphere though.

I came and tried the Green Tomatoes Egg Benedict, delicious with amazing sports atmospheric vibes. If you're in NC, stop by and take a bite at The Boot Room!

I really enjoy the boot room for it's amazing food, atmosphere and spacious tables. I regularly play board games there with friends and it's a welcoming and open area.

love love love the Boot Room - by far, the best place to catch a soccer game or meet up for drinks. the bang bang tots are a must, I love the soccer items all over the walls, the service is great, and they’re always willing to find the game and get it up on one or several TVs.

The customer service here is terrible. Went to order my food and the guy was rude. After placing my order I asked a question and the man was so rude I decided to leave.
