This restaurant is inside the Durham Hotel in downtown Durham, it is definitely a retro vibe. They offer more than just coffee, there's a full menu. I would suggest making a reservation if you come on the weekend. The food is delicious and they service is good also.
Price was good, food just OK. A very noisy spot with high ceilings and loud music pumped in. Met a friend for Sunday brunch and she had to change her seat to sit next to me so we could hear each other. Poor service. First cup of coffee wasn't hot. Asked for a new cup and still not hot. Waiter said he would top it off to warm it up but I explained the original cup wasn't hot and I wanted a fresh mug. Manager later explained that it was a "dead pot" so wasn't...
Went for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fabulous. The door was fresh and uniquely flavorful. Never been there before but Durham Hotel is now in our rotation of favorite restaurants.
