Great lunch or dinner stop

I ordered over the phone but had never been here. This place looks like an abandoned building when you first drive up. Trash all on the outside, bushes overgrown, grass overgrown... it looks terrible. I should have read the reviews before placing my order. The chicken wings were not cooked well and was flavorless. The crab rangoon was burnt on the ends. The chicken hibachi tasted stale. The steak hibachi was tough to eat. We also had a crunchy crab sushi roll and I didn't realize they were only going to give me four pieces for a sushi roll. How this business presents itself on the outside tells you all you should know. Definitely will not be back and I don't recommend.

I used to love the food here because you used to get an insane amount of food for a decent price. Well went the other day and got a third of what I used to for even more than what I used to pay. Granted she gave me a free sweet tea and it was the best tea I've had in a long time, it just wasn't the greatest amount of food for $13. Before for $10 you would get the tray so packed the tray barely fit anything inside. Now the food barely covers the compartments. Not only that but the place is run down. No maintenance or improvements have been done to the place. It's really rundown. They don't even seem to be trying to fix the place to make it nice.

The most disgusting Hibachi I have EVER had. All of my steak was the weirdest texture. Like crunchy and grissely. My boyfriend plate had teriyaki sauce which was not mentioned on UberEats, so he couldn’t eat it because he’s allergic. The salmon was DRY. So dry it was chewy rather than flaky. The sweet carrots had no flavor, and the shrimp egg rolls weren’t egg rolls at all. They had some weird paste inside and glass noodles. DONT spend your money here. We spent almost 70$ and were considering a chargeback bc so much was wrong and inedible.

I haven't been to this place in along time because the prices were high for nasty food. Nothing has changed. I ordered steak and shrimp with all vegetables. The steak was so tuff I could barely chew it, I spit most of it out every time I bit one. The shrimp were over cooked too. The food had no flavor at all and it set in a lot of juice that did the food no justice. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited here for the first time I paid $28 plus tip. I ordered shrimp tempura. Got six rice rolls. I'm not sure what they are and my meal which only had four shrimp in it is swimming in some kind of liquid. I guess it's a sauce. The whole meal is freaking disgusting. Don't waste your money

I placed my order by phone and went to the drive thru for pick up. I paid with my card and the guy handed me a tablet to sign. He handed me the tablet at a weird angle, which obscured my vision a little because of the sun. I noticed that a 5% tip was highlighted but I wasn't sure if I had seen it correctly because it happened so fast. I asked for a receipt and saw that he had added on a tip. This seems to be an issue after reading another review for the same thing. This is considered as theft! I get that mistakes happen but this was not a mistake! If you'll steal tips, I'm sure you'll have no issues selling below standard foods! I will not be returning!!!!

I used to love going to this place over the last 10 years or so. However since covid it has really gone down. It's gotten more expensive and you get less and less food every time. I'm disappointed bc as I stated before I absolutely loved eating here pre covid.

They have roaches! I placed my order and paid. While waiting for my food a giant roach was crawling on the floor. I walked out and will not be going back
