Wanted to try it whilst shopping in the mall nothing special at all. Just another fastfood place like the rest.

1/23/20. Was shopping at South point Mall and got hungry. Anyway stopped by Villa and got a couple of slices. The food was hot and fresh and the guy who was working at the time(11something) and the cashier were very friendly. Great food great service ?. Will definitely visit again

The lady working 1/4/2020 was not wearing gloves and touching the crust of multiple pizza slices after handling the cash register. I noticed the lack of gloves and the low sanitization score and walked way. It amazes me that simple hand washing and glove use is still not utilized in 2020! Not only that—it’s flu season.

Got spaghetti,and they warmed it in the microwave and it was still cold. They lady at the register was being rude to another customer and walked away by the time it was my turn to pay.The cook was nice but not wearing gloves while making pizzas.

This place is absolutely disgusting even for mall food court pizza. The cheese was soaked in grease and $4/slice. Current health score is 84 as well which is not promising. Will not make he mistake of eating here again.

Ordered a pizza from Villa through doordash. Ten minutes after the delivery time they sent an email that my order was canceled and should get reimbursed within a week.

Looked ok, but you never know about the kitchen in the back. NOTE - always check for sanitation scores - this low rating could be an indication of something horrible that is hidden.

Health mark had been terrible for months. The only restaurant in the food court that doesn't have an A rating.

Awful! Pizzas on the counter were dried out. Looked like they were made hours ago. Even after being heated, the sauce was dehydrated and the cheese still congealed. No napkins, only provider a roll of paper towels. Out of small drink cups. Noticed as I left the sanitation rating is 83. Don't know why they haven't closed down. Its time. I'll never go there again.

Ordered catering for a work event from them & my order came 50 minutes eary with drinks and utensils missing. Contacted the manager about getting the rest of the order and she said she would look into it and call me back. Never called back or answered the phone the next few times I called, and never delivered the missing items.

Tried to use catering service through this restaurant. Multiple items were missing and no serving utensils were provided. The delivery company reached out to the manager Jasmine and she told them to “F off†and then ignored other attempts at communication.
