Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all.
Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for.
Terrible service.
They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong.
don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.

Such a great fun place. I love that they'll make your items to order. It's our go to for friend get togethers.
Did a family outing & the girls found this place because they wanted bubble tea. Well, it also had other treats too. We enjoyed the drinks and the expresso ice cream cup of Joe. Service was great too. Will definitely go again when back in the area.
