“Boulevard (BLVD) RTP is an office park coffee house that serves up your drink staples and good breakfast and lunch items. Their waffles are superb. My friend got an avocado toast and some overnight oats. I want to try their bagels next time. The shop was quiet the day I went. There is bar seating and ample table seating for digital nomads and office workers that need a change of scenery. Please be courteous and bus your space when leaving.“
“Had a lovely experience with Lauren who recommended the taro slushie which is definitely my new favorite! They had just gotten through a big rush and were out of a lot of ingredients, but they were very knowledgeable about tasty alternatives for us and for the other customers. I'll definitely be back for more taro slushies!“
“My friends and I think that this is some of the best coffee in Durham. It’s a cute little coffee shop with nice hours that opens early in the morning (perfect for a reward after a run or bike ride or trip to the farmers market just up the street). My favorites are the vanilla latte (hot or iced is great) and the ham and cheese croissant - my favorite in Durham too!“
“This is my favorite spot in Durham! I love the many options for delicious teas and snacks :) My favorite order is the Peach Jasmine Fruit Tea with mango popping boba! It is a small adorable space so it's best for to-go orders or 2 person groups.Parking: Limited parking spots“
“We stopped by for a late breakfast; first time there since take-out only during the pandemic. We were seated quickly and the coffee came instantly. Our server was great and she helped us navigate the huge menu. I had the scrambled eggs (traditional breakfast) and my husband had the Bacado Omelet. I always order my bacon well done and it arrived well done the first time (this doesn't happen often at other places). I loved the sour dough toast especially with the strawberry jelly. And the potatoes were great but there were too many to eat them all. I tasted the omelet and it was also excellent. Great all around.“
“My favorite boba place in Durham! They have multiple milk options if you're vegan/dairy-free. I've taken multiple friends there, including people who are weirded out by boba, and they can still get something they like (hot chocolate, normal tea, etc). Cute seating area by the big window plus more quiet spots in the back.“
“Stopped here looking for a dessert after dinner. Tutti Frutti had a very good selection of topping and flavors including my personal favorite frozen yogurt flavor Birthday cake. The place looked very nice with its bright colors and neon menu. The staff was very friendly and made it a very positive experience. Will be coming back!“
“I only got one drink but it was very good and have a lot of different options I haven’t seen before like an Oreo add on,the place itself was very nice to be in it felt very cozy. The only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is because while it was good there a lot of people and not enough supply there was only one person making and doing everything I think he definitely needed some help badly.“
“This is an attractive, friendly, and fun place. We enjoyed the many boba tea options and the rice balls, which are actually triangles in clever take-out packaging. Parking was plentiful and there was no line on a Saturday morning. My grand daughter, a big boba tea fan, says this is the best place for the sugary treat in Durham.“
“Order the Tigerz Woodz!! I repeat, ORDER THE TIGERZ WOODZ!!!! The most incredible Arnold Palmer you’ll ever have in your life. My dad has been ordering nothing but Arnie palmers when he goes out for the past 20+ years and he claimed this is the best one he’s ever had. The mango pie drink was also absolutely exquisite ?“
