Terrible! Ordered a number 7, specifically asked for a single. Pay for my order, the guy at the window ask me to move up to the door even tho no one was behind me. Get my number 7 and guess what? It has 2 patties and not the single I asked for. Sandwich was made extremely sloppy condiments literally leaking out of the wrapper. Fries were cold. Run, don't walk away from this place terrible service terrible food

I ordered a JBC biggie bag with a HI C fruit punch, I had to circle back around because my fries and nuggets were cold, after pulling off I should’ve checked my sandwich but there was no bacon and it was hair in my sandwich. Not to mention the woman at the speak had a nasty attitude while taking my order. The young man at the window was very nice though, but I think the only thing they got right was my drink and straw😐

I never waited so long to place an order and another long wait for my food. The staff can not multitask and will only do things one at a time. I love Wendy’s but I will never come back here again

I placed an online order and pulled up to the drive-through. I was told to wait in the parking lot, so I did. It took almost 10 minutes to bring my food to the car, as if Wendy’s only started to make my food when I showed up. When I finally got my food the 3 drinks I ordered were not brought to my car with the bag of food. I was asked what my 3 drinks ordered were. After I answered the question I was told they would be right back with my drinks. After waiting another 20 minutes no one brought my drinks out to me. I drove 15 minutes to another Wendy’s and spent an extra $10 to get the drinks that I already paid for in my previous $30 order. Overall just bad service all around.

I too like sitting in the drive-thru waiting for 15mins while an overworked worker is doing their best. I left. Wendy's, hire more people, quit worrying about AI and maybe I'll eat here more often.

My food was cold. Burger and 🍟. Had to put the burger in microwave. Eat potato with it. Instead of the fries I purchased. No straws for my drink. Fountain was shooting chemical from machine. Messed up my pants. Had to go home get them in washer. To keep from permanent staining. Not a great experience. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the restaurant was clean. Also, the one guy that had a gold chain around his neck. With a gray shirt on apologized about my pants.

While waiting for my car to be serviced, I thought I'd give Wendy's breakfast a try for the first time. I'm sure sorry I did.

There was only one lady running the place. The drive-thru. The front counter. Cooking. She was running the whole show. She was doing her best, but she really needed at least a couple more people there to help. That made for a slow process of ordering and getting my food.

The two biscuits I got were terrible. Almost inedible. The biscuit on one and the muffin on the other were greasy and stale. The cheese was not melted on either one. Both were barely more than room temperature. I could not finish either one and ended up throwing them away.

Actually ended up feeling a little sick for the rest of the day.

It’s has been the second time I have stopped at this location and the lady taking my order has been INCREDIBLY RUDE!! and today my food was completely horrible could not even finish it.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a minute bc of a couple of bad food experiences. But last night it felt like a spicy nugget dinner. They were closing down for the night by the time I got there. But I already placed an online order. I was told the frosty machine was being cleaned at the moment so I won’t be able to get mine and my spicy nuggets are gonna take a minute. A staff member their name Isaac/ Isaiah (sorry I forgot!) was very helpful and accommodating with getting me fresh food for my wait and trading my frosty out with a large fry and an extra 10 piece nugget for my troubles. The food was delicious!!

We've never had a bad experience eating here. The employees are great and always kind to me and my kids. The dining area was spotless.
