I stopped there for lunch. It was a bit crowded, and the wait time was long. I got the new ponza Coated Fish sandwich with French fries and sweet tea. The fish was fried too hard and was dry. The French fries were very good and crispy. The sweet tea was so syrupy sweet.

This Wendy's is terrible. Slow workers with poor attitudes served me a sandwich I couldn't eat because it was so messy and didn't taste good at all. My coworker who got something else said the same. I should have known, because the atmosphere was ridiculous. Only one customer, it's in a run down location and the whole place was dirty. I have no idea how they pass any health inspections

This location is horrible. Do not order from here in any form that includes DoorDash or uber eats. They always mess up your food and lie about drive through being closed. Workers are rude and unprofessional and food is never fresh. Everything tastes old. Stay away from this location.

Today's franchise owners have not owned their investment, simply only caring about profits first and quality and staff last.
This chain, along with the many other failing old brands. Get investment firms out of businesses. They could care less because it's not the brand they started, which means no real passion for people and feeding them first.

The food was old. The fries I was given were not even warm. I asked for fresh fries and was given something that was the same. I didn't eat them. The chicken nuggets were barely warm, also. Wendy's has lost a customer đ đ đ!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly whomever hires this staff, please re-think what kind of hassles you feel like having to de-escalate. My wife and I were just in the drive-thru and she literally just said "Hello" into the speaker box only to get a rude reply of "if you're in that much of a hurry, our dining room is open". I'm sorry, but after reading other reviews here regarding the customer service, I don't know why I bothered to try this particular Wendy's at all. Rude, unprofessional, unprompted and ghetto. We ended up not staying to order and went down the street to Burger King instead where they were much kinder. Like we literally only greeted the drive thru worker. Unbelievable.
