A truly divine experience from beginning to end. Grateful for the opportunity to engage in a tea ceremony to this level.
My partner and I had a private tea ceremony and it was such a special and delightful experience. Mayumi and Chef Yamazawa are warm and wonderful hosts, I left the experience feeling very present and at peace. I was immersed in every moment, every detail of the ceremony was meaningful and meticulous. I could tell they put in great intention and care to every aspect (from the meal courses, the handmade pottery by the Chef, the tea selected, the flowers, and the overall space.

The hosts take great care to ensure a seamless experience, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the ritual. The tea house itself is a work of art, handcrafted from bamboo, with beautiful handmade plates and bowls on display. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and engage with the hosts, who provide ample opportunities for feedback and insights about the ceremony. The experience is designed to encourage inner peace and mindfulness, with a focus on the present moment. The food prepared by Chef George is fantastic, showcasing his skill and passion. While the food is great, the environment remains the star of the show, making this a once-in-a-lifetime experience that guests will never forget, leaving them with memories they will cherish for the rest of their lives.
