Service is a bit slow, but everything is made to order! This shop reminds me of japan, because this is the only place you can buy onigiri in the area as far as i know.
I ordered the matcha milk tea with oat milk, half sweetness, with lychee pop & a chicken onigiri. Everything came out delicious!
You can order ahead on Snackpass, use the kiosk in the store, or at the register. This is my new favorite spot

The store wasn’t busy at all, yet it took 10 minutes to make a single drink. Maybe focus on fulfilling orders first before chatting with coworkers? On top of that, the sugar in my drink wasn’t even dissolved — my first sip was full of sugar granules. Definitely not what I expected. After seeing their sanitation score reviews as well, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

We have been coming to this location for a while and have had a good experience up until today. We ordered the same drink we always get and when we picked it up the syrup was all sitting at the bottom and would not mix in. We spend extra to get more sugar and it tasted like there was no sugar at all in it. I brought it back in and told them what was going on and asked for a refund and the lady looked at me like a deer in headlights and said have you tried mixing it. I asked for a refund and she refused to give me one and said she would instead remake it. Only remade one of my two drinks and before she gave me the new one she smugly flipped it upside down to try and mix the syrup in and gave it to me but low and behold the syrup just floated around like a lava lamp and still didn’t mix.

87.5?!? If I were you, I’d read this sanitation score and reconsider if it’s worth the risk of eating from this place. Friendly staff but safety concerns and health comes first.

My experience did not match some of the other reviews so I wanted to share- the place was comfortable and cool, service was great the young man at the counter helped me with my order. We had two boba teas, onigiri and a noodle dish and it was fairly quick to come out and delicious. I would definitely come again especially for the boba teas.
I used to enjoy getting drinks here during my shift, but my last experience was concerning. I believe the coffee triggered an anxiety attack and I vomited shortly after drinking it. I was sick for two days. This was a distressing experience. I hope the café checks their preparation routine and quality, as it could help prevent others from having a similar issue :/

Lovely and cute place, the drinks were good and the staff were super friendly. However, the AC does not seem to work. Me and friends were there for about 20-30 minutes or so and the heat was a bit much. From what I was able to gather it seems like this has been going on for a while. This is rather concerning and I definitely think this should be a priority for any establishment. I wish I could recommend this place but the lack of AC would definitely make anyone walk away, especially as we are heading into the summer.

Since summer is here basically, I would’ve like some nice cool drink, but when I walked in, it was really hot and it was uncomfortable for me to wait for my drink and I just couldn’t imagine how the workers feel especially during rush hour.

Really disappointed...I have been to the chapel Hill location several times and always had a great experience. Today we went to this location and sat for 30 minutes just to be called up and told they were out of rice and made my rice ball and not my husband's and would refund us for the one. Like just say that when we order don't make us wait 🫠. The one rice ball I did receive was good.
