Good food but when I went in there was one worker cleaning and doing front counter while the 4 guys there just stood around doing nothing , definitely could’ve helped her with the customers .

I had to wait in my car for almost 20 mins, just to get a 3 chicken finger taco meal. The lemonade was good. I wasn't offered a treat or larger size drink for having to wait. Haven't been to Zaxbys in a long time. But that commercial had me curious. I was very disappointed.

Went through the drive-thru and it's that order, pay and now pull over there and we'll bring it out to you.
There were two cars ahead of me, one was already waiting and it took about 15 minutes.
But all fast food places seem to do that now.
