I have to praise this team on their service! Someone hacked my zaxbys account and used it to purchase food with the card I had on file. I called and the manager, Christopher, immediately cancelled the order and refunded my money. The very next day they used my account and redeemed food with my points because I removed the card on file. I called and immediately the general manager, Sierra, canceled the order and refunded my points. She even offered to take a picture if they caught...

I recently had a minor issue with my order at Zaxby's — I was missing my fries. I called the location, and the Assistant Manager, Chris, answered the phone. He was incredibly apologetic about the inconvenience and asked me to come back at my convenience so he could replace my entire meal at no cost. I really appreciated how Chris went above and beyond to make things right.

Good food but when I went in there was one worker cleaning and doing front counter while the 4 guys there just stood around doing nothing , definitely could’ve helped her with the customers .
