This Zaxbys is shrouded in darkness. There are NO OUTSIDE LIGHTS. None working in the parking lot and NONE at the drive through. You can't see what you are ordering...and even driving slowly, someone walked out in front of my car...in darkness. It would be appropriate for this to be addressed as soon as possible to prevent any mishaps and to ensure safety, much less help customers be able to order at 5 pm....when its DARK.

Service is pretty slow at this location. I order online through the app, and still have to wait around 10-15 minutes. The food quality is also subpar compared to other locations. My chicken and fries are often undercooked. There's lots of room for improvement.

I go to this location because it's close to my house. However, I'm always disappointed. The sweet tea is never sweet and the fries are never seasoned. I really want to love this location. Please do better.
