First time here was for my besties birthday and WOW! what a place! The view was amazing! Staff was friendly and welcoming to us! She loved the cigars, definitely a great peaceful vibe!
Went on a Sunday morning-brunch type so there was no overcrowding! Had a few food trucks on site. It’s a nice place!

This is the new happening spot for Durham/Raleigh. Great food trucks, great music and cocktails, awesome atmosphere and scenery. You will enjoy yourself!

The vibes were just bad and the drinks were too expensive

Amazing place. The grounds are beautiful and the service is fantastic! Food truck options are usually great! I love the Italian food truck and the cupcake one. Most of the negative reviews you see are from parents who can't take their babies, toddlers and/or children due to the 21+ policy. I don't think it's fair to ZincHouse to give them a negative review because they aren't allowing kids into what is essentially a bar. ZincHouse used to allow kids and from what I've heard, bad parenting and lack of parenting from some parents is the reason for the policy change. Ex: Parents not watching kids near the lake, parents leaving their kids in the car with an iPad when kids got tired of the adult scene and coming back in. Kids unsupervised near fire pits, older kids throwing glasses into the lake and harassing the wildlife, kids climbing on and into the fountain...etc..etc..etc.
ZincHouse had no choice.
Personally, when my kids were little we always did activities that were more kid friendly that the kids actually enjoyed. They're only little for so long. I got more enjoyment watching them at a bouncehouse, roller skating, swimming, playing sports, hiking, camping..etc than I would have ever got going out drinking with them, but thats just me. Not judging, just saying maybe the policy will be a blessing to some and above all, don't blame ZH for doing what they had to do to protect their business and make ZH a relaxing environment for all. I personally am grateful for the 21+ policy even though I love kids.

The place is spacious with plenty of room, especially outdoors, making it perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the drinks are consistently excellent. It’s a great place to hang out with friends, and I love that they host low-key events that feel fun and easygoing. Definitely a go-to spot for good vibes and good company.

No longer allows children. Went multiple times prior to being pregnant and there were kids always playing having fun and then tried to go back post partum and was not allowed in.

Great atmosphere, great staff, I like all the options of food trucks. Would've been a five but there is always such a line to get a drink, no matter what bar/station.

They are not kids friendly. We drove almost an hour to go there and they didn’t accept us because they have 21 years rule. My opinion is that they should be kids friendly who can enjoy time with their kids :/

Went there first time today. This place was a whole vibe. Nice large facility with lots to do. We were sitting 2 tables from the ban. Got up to dance with my wife and within 4 minutes someone that had to be sitting near stoke my wife’s iPhone. We had to have everything stopped & blocked. So with that I was locked in and no longer felt safe.

Gorgeous and incredibly well thought out disc golf course. Great place to grab a drink too.

Wow! What an unexpectedly beautiful facility they have created. So many areas to relax and socialize with friends or with others. Go one there’s a band playing and it makes her a lively evening out! And the food trucks were extensive and delicious.

I visited ZincHouse to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a great experience. Despite the Saturday crowds and limited parking, the atmosphere was well balanced between lively and relaxed.

The wine and beer selection was broad enough to suit any taste, and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. It would be great to see ZincHouse take it a step further by offering estate-produced wines to elevate the experience even more.

I enjoyed the concept of exploring different buildings and appreciated the variety of food trucks—great for all kinds of palates. I recommend checking out The Blue Window, Empanadas & More, and The Flat Drum.

You can really see the vision come to life in every part of the space. I’m definitely looking forward to going back.

The place is gorgeous! We went on a Saturday and there were plenty of food options. If you want to stay there a while and chill, I’d recommend him getting there earlier in the day. By 5pm the place was packed! Such a fun vibe and the live music was great as well. They have beer, cocktails, wine and even coffee for people like me lol I’ll be back!
